Terms of service
1. Who we are
In short
We are FIXXIF LLC, the company behind AWaaS. You can reach us at hello@awaas.dev.
FIXXIF LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Qatar under commercial registration number [CR number], with its registered address in Doha, Qatar. Contact: contact@fixxif.com.
These terms apply between FIXXIF LLC (“we”, “us”) and the company or person whose request for an AWaaS workspace we approved (“you”). By using AWaaS Developer, you accept them.
2. The service
In short
AWaaS Developer is an AI agent that turns your specification into a tested Odoo module, with its documents.
Access is given after we approve your request. What each plan includes is described on the pricing page, which forms part of these terms.
3. Your workspace
In short
You manage who joins your workspace and what they may do. Keep your sign-in safe.
You are responsible for the members you invite and for actions taken with their accounts. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Your content and the code we deliver
In short
Your specification stays yours, and so does the code we deliver. We use your content only to run your work.
You keep all rights in what you upload. The module, documents and tests delivered to you are yours to use, change and deploy. We do not use your content to train AI models, and our AI provider does not either.
5. AI output and your review
In short
The checks catch a lot, but no software is guaranteed error-free. Try the module in the sandbox and review it before production.
Delivered modules pass automated checks (installation, tests, upgrade-safe practices). You decide whether to accept a module and remain responsible for testing it in your own environment before using it in production.
6. Plans and payment
In short
You pay in advance by bank transfer. If a payment is late, your workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted.
Plans renew for the period you pay. Monthly capacity resets each calendar month and does not carry over. Refunds follow our refund policy.
We send invoices by email. Your workspace shows the date until which it is paid (the paid-until date). We send a reminder before the paid-until date. Calendar months are counted in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). A top-up adds capacity for the current calendar month only.
If a payment is late, nothing new can start and your workspace becomes read-only; if the payment stays outstanding it may be closed after notice. Nothing is deleted.
7. Acceptable use
In short
Use AWaaS for lawful Odoo work, and don't try to access other customers' data or abuse the platform.
You may use AWaaS Developer only to specify, build, test and deliver Odoo modules for lawful purposes, within the limits of your plan.
You must not: try to reach another customer's workspace, data or sandbox; probe, scan or test the security of the platform without our written permission; get around the limits of your plan or the platform's isolation and security controls; upload content that you have no right to use, that is unlawful or that contains malicious code; use the service, its sandboxes or the modules it builds to attack other systems, send spam or break the law; or share your sign-in with anyone (invite them to your workspace instead).
If you break these rules, we may suspend your workspace or end the service under section 9. A suspended workspace stops running work, but nothing in it is deleted.
8. Liability
In short
If something goes wrong, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before.
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Because no software is guaranteed error-free (section 5), we do not promise that a delivered module will be free of errors, or that it will meet needs that are not in your specification.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the service, whatever their legal basis, is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit, revenue, business or data in your own systems, nor for loss caused by using a module in production without the review and testing described in section 5.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a liability that the applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
9. Ending the service
In short
You can stop at any time; your plan runs until the end of the period already paid. You can download your work before you leave.
You can cancel at any time by writing to hello@awaas.dev. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid; until then your workspace works as usual. Payments already made are refunded only as the refund policy says.
Download the modules, documents and tests you want to keep before your paid period ends. After your account ends, we delete your workspace content as described in the privacy policy.
We may end the service for a workspace that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. If we end the service without any fault on your part, we refund the paid time you have not used, pro rata, as the refund policy says.
10. Odoo
In short
AWaaS works with Odoo but is not part of Odoo S.A.

11. Changes and applicable law
In short
We tell you by email 30 days before any important change. The laws of the State of Qatar apply.
We may change these terms, the privacy policy and the refund policy. We tell the owners of your workspace by email at least 30 days before an important change takes effect, and the date at the top of each page shows its last update. If you do not accept a change, you can cancel before it takes effect (section 9).
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the service, are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. The courts of Doha, Qatar, have jurisdiction.
These terms are also published in French and Arabic. Those versions are translations; the English version is the one that applies between us.
This page is also published in French and Arabic. If a translation differs from the English text, the English version prevails.
